Who We Are

OKAKI Health Intelligence Inc. is a public health informatics social enterprise founded in 2008, that provides professional consulting, software, and analytic services to tackle important public health challenges. OKAKI specializes in immunization, indigenous health, prescription monitoring and precision health programs. OKAKI operates across western Canadian provinces, the United States, and in East Africa.

At OKAKI Health Intelligence Inc., we take our responsibility for the protection and security of your personal information very seriously. When you access this website, information is created. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect that information in simple, easy to understand text.   • User provided (optional): Contact information (first name, last name, organization, province(s), phone, email, and other information provided by the user) to request a demo or for more information about the product or company.  
  • Automatically collected: IP Address, user agent, and the referring URL. When you visit our website we automatically receive your IP address and information such as the user-agent of your web browser. This information is provided to us and every other website that you visit on the Internet by your web browser. 

How do we use the information we collect?

  • We use aggregate information to understand how many total users have visited our web site and the types of devices on which they are using it.

    2. To respond to inquiries and offer support.

In the event we become aware that the security of the website has been compromised or your personal information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. In the event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals if we believe that there is a reasonable risk of harm to the user as a result of the breach or if notice is otherwise required by law. When we do, we will post a notice in the website.

How do you protect the privacy of children?

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through our demo booking form.  We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Information through our website without their permission.

If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us through our website, please contact us. You must also be old enough to consent to the processing of your Personal Information in your country.
